Pro is a subscription — $4.99 per month or $49.90 per year — and each license works on up to 2 Macs at the same time.
Subscribe and activate
- Open Settings → License and click Subscribe to Pro (or use Get Pro on this site). Checkout is handled by Polar; choose monthly or yearly there.
- Your license key arrives by email.
- Paste it in License key and click Activate.
The License pane then shows when the subscription Renews on and which Mac it was Activated on. Check now verifies the license immediately; Manage subscription opens the customer portal, where you can update payment details, switch plans or cancel.
Moving to another Mac
A license works on 2 Macs at the same time. To free a slot, click Deactivate on this Mac on the Mac you no longer use. You’ll need your license key to activate again.
Offline and cancellation
- The app checks the license once a day. If it can’t reach the license server, Pro keeps working for 7 days, and the License pane shows until when.
- When a subscription ends, the app notifies you and goes back to Free. Your settings are kept; one server stays monitored, and you can pick which one with Monitor this server instead. Subscribe again to turn Pro features back on.
